This is our first post as a farm – we’re happy to be here! So much has changed since May; we’ve filed for our LLC, had a huge dumpster clean-out, and disked our cover crop into the field. After a brutal summer, we’re feeling comforted by the cooler weather and higher rain forecasts.

We still don’t have vegetables in the ground, but we’re looking ahead to Winter 2024. We’ll be working on updating the barn into a food-safe packing space and planning a fundraiser for Hot Spell. It takes a lot to get started, and the support and anticipation from the community is a comforting encouragement.
