Frequently Asked Questions
How does placing an order work?
We process all wholesale orders through email right now. Make sure you’re signed up for our weekly availability list. We send out crop availability each Friday afternoon; the deadline to place your order is the following Tuesday at 6pm (four days later).
What is your harvest and delivery schedule?
We harvest for our wholesale vendors each Wednesday. Orders go out for delivery each Thursday.
Do you deliver? Can I pickup from the farm?
Deliveries extend only to Travis County and Elgin city limits. If you’d us to deliver to your business within the city, we ask that you follow our $75 minimum requirement. If you don’t meet the $75 minimum, you can pick up from the farm directly or pickup from our booth at the Sunset Valley farmers market on Saturday from 9am-1pm.
Can I come visit the farm?
The farm is currently not open to the public, however, if you are interested in becoming a regular wholesale buyer, send us an email and we can coordinate a field walk with you.
What are order requirements?
We have a $75 order minimum for all orders and deliveries. You must place your order for the week by Tuesday at 6pm!
How is payment handled for Wholesale orders?
Cash or check or ACH are preferred. We can also invoice you through Square. We will send a paper invoice with your vegetable order and send one digitally.
Do you have an order minimum or maximum?
Yes! All orders that get delivered must meet a $75 minimum. Maximum limits for ordering will change week to week depending on what is available in the field.
